Sales & Marketing
Our sales personnel specialize in products sold by the department they represent and make regular contact with the customer base appropriate to that product. They are supported internally by department personnel who also specialize in those products so that we can maximize our effectiveness with a product line.
Architectural Sales commercial product representatives are in regular contact with area architects and specifiers as well as commercial contractors, ensuring that technical product information is made available from job inception through construction.
Product presentations to specifiers are an integral part of our commercial sales strategy. These presentations keep specifiers up-to-date on new products, product availability and changes in our lines.
As project plans are developed, our company uses Dodge reports, Construction News bulletins, and information furnished to our field sales force to monitor job progress. This gives our estimating personnel time to review all jobs in our trading area before preparing a bid.
In addition to hosting numerous annual training and information sessions for our contractor customers, we also conduct a periodic commercial product show for architects, specifiers, contractors, and end users.
Facilities & Inventory
Our Lensing Architectural Sales facilities include over 300,000 square feet of space contained within four different buildings all located within a block of each other on Evansville’s west side. These facilities are used for our office, main warehousing, and shop operations.
We strive at Lensing to be on top of our product and order demand so we store an extensive inventory of the majority of our product lines at all times so that we can respond to our customer’s requests in a quick and effective manner.
